Much like an appraisal I will pull information homes that have sold recently in your neighborhood in order to accurately assess the value of your property.

  • Open House-

Held between the hours of 1pm & 4pm.  Postcard mailings will be sent to neighboring homes, printed brochures will be available for patrons, and website advertisement of Open House will be hosted.

  • Supra Key Box-

A key box can be placed on your property allowing licensed Realtors approved by Prince George's County Association of Realtors.

  • Sign On Property-

A Realty Executives sign with my contact information will be placed on property to promote visibility in the community.
